Hospital Volunteers

TO BECOME A HOSPITAL VOLUNTEER YOU MUST:

  1. Complete the initial Red Cross Volunteer Orientation at the Camp Foster Red Cross Office.

  2. Complete the Red Cross Hospital Orientation and several other required courses.

  3. Most of the positions available are administrative in nature. More opportunities are available, if you are a nurse or other licensed professional, or have a degree in the medical field.

Volunteer Eligibility:

  1. At least 18 years of age

  2. Have SOFA status

  3. Be a U.S. citizen

  4. At least 1 year on island
